Calorie House asked us to create a day-in-the-life-of style videos as a promo for their release in Q1 2017. Calorie House is a health and nutrition company who aims to educate the public about calories, disprove the myths and general demystify the area of calories and energy intake. The video follows a model, Stae, and a PT, Mitch, as they go about their daily routine, consuming and burning calories as they go! This was a great project, the team at Calorie House were great to work with and we even learned a thing or two! Who knew kissing burned calories?
